Disciplined Problem Solving - short course for simple 'something changed' = 2 days, minimum 5 people; long course covering more complex issues = 3 days (if the 2 day session has been done), minimum 6 people.

Lean Improvements/Kaizen Leader training = 5 days. This is our Orange Belt training - happy to run with a small number, but would need to 'make up' numbers for the Lean Simulation from within Avon. Yellow Belt is 1 day - again can do with a few but would need to make up for the first 2 rounds of the simulation.

Six Sigma Green Belt = 3 weeks. All of above covered + 0ther materials New product introduction and QMS, FMEA can be done as a stand alone

Six Sigma Black Belt = 5 weeks, again all of above + other options

ARTIS has much experience in these areas and has been involved in the implementation of the six sigma programme throughout Avon Rubber Plc.
