Material design skills. We design our own rubber material formulations, and can offer a variety of compounds to meet individual needs – we include rubber and silicone within our range. All our formulations meet the required food grade approvals for the dairy industry.

Product Design. We can take your concept and turn it into product.

Processing. We invest in equipment to give us efficiency and, most importantly for us, consistency.
We use the most modern injection presses available and operate to the tightest tolerance standards in the industry.
Tooling design is completed in-house, and our maintenance and quality programmes ensure tools remain in top condition.

Research, Development and Testing. We offer a full range of test facilities to support our fundamental research requirements, as well as product testing. This ranges from laboratory test equipment – for example, infrared and ultraviolet product analysis, chromatography and electron microscopy, to establish chemical properties; to product test equipment - even including mechanical cows.
All our test support equipment is designed to provide product design and quality assurance.
