The Avon European Mixing Centre was purpose built in 1999 to provide mixed rubber compounds to Avon Rubber plc companies. Due to structural changes within the group, we have been able to offer our excellent facility and expertise to provide compounds to a wider customer base.

We have 2 mixing lines, both utilising variable speed tangential mixers with full computer control of all weighing and mixing parameters. Bulk materials are weighed and fed directly into the mixer chambers, with small ingredients being weighed and bagged off-line to avoid cross-contamination issues.

| We can offer batches of 200-260kg and 60-80kg, depending on the compound's Specific Gravity. |

| Both mixing lines use carbon black and as a result we are unable to offer coloured compounds at this time. |
