Our philosophy is to ensure that the right amount of the right material is added to the mixer at the right time, every time. |

| Each batch of compound is tested in our control laboratory. Cure characteristics are evaluated using moving die rheometers and hardness and SG (Specific Gravity) tests are carried out for every batch we make. We are also able to carry out batch release testing of Mooney Viscosity, Scorch and Tensile properties. Further extensive test capability is available through the Materials Development Centre, which is located nearby. |
